Terms of Use
Last updated and effective: 26 August 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and IndiaPulse, currently a personally operated service. By creating an account or continuing after the acceptance prompt, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter a binding agreement, and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
2. Research service, not advice
IndiaPulse provides self-directed screening, charts, model outputs, public-market information, simulated trade planning, and educational research. IndiaPulse is not SEBI-registered as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst and does not act as a broker, portfolio manager, exchange, or execution venue. Outputs are not personalized investment advice or instructions to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or size a position.
3. Market and model risk
Quotes, filings, calculations, AI text, targets, stop levels, classifications, and alerts can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Backtests and simulated results include assumptions and do not establish future performance. You are solely responsible for verifying material facts, suitability, risk, taxes, and orders through authoritative exchange, issuer, adviser, and broker sources. Capital loss is possible.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and notify security@indiapulse.org of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share broker, demat, bank passwords, trading PINs, or OTPs with IndiaPulse.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attack, disrupt, probe, overload, evade access controls, or attempt unauthorized access;
- automate extraction in a way that harms service availability or violates third-party data rights;
- resell, republish, or present IndiaPulse outputs as regulated advice or your own proprietary research;
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content; or
- use the Platform in violation of securities, privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable law.
6. Your content
You retain rights in notes, portfolios, watchlists, and other content you enter. You grant IndiaPulse a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Account export and deletion are available in Account settings.
7. Intellectual property and data sources
IndiaPulse software, original text, visual design, scoring methodology, and original compilations are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Market data, issuer filings, names, logos, and trademarks may belong to NSE, BSE, issuers, vendors, or other owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement and does not transfer ownership. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Availability and changes
Features, coverage, limits, sources, schedules, and pricing may change. We may suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or third-party rights. We may also discontinue a feature or the service. Reasonable notice will be given for material planned changes where practicable.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement. IndiaPulse is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, or indirect or consequential damage arising from reliance on Platform output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated breach, unlawful activity, security risk, or service discontinuation. Provisions concerning ownership, risk, liability, and records required by law survive termination where their nature requires it.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer remedy or dispute process. Questions can be sent to privacy@indiapulse.org.
